As you progress through your college career, you may find that your interests change. With a broad range of more than 30 majors from which to choose our College of Arts and Sciences provides opportunities for nearly every interest. In addition to offering the liberal arts general education curriculum that enlightens every degree program at the University, the College of Arts and Sciences serves students who major in physical and natural sciences, social and behavioral sciences, mathematics, or the humanities.
The College of Arts and Sciences administrative offices and advising center are headquartered in Saint Thomas Hall on the Commons. Its academic departments are located in Saint Thomas Hall, the McDade Center for Literary and Performing Arts, Alumni Memorial Hall and O’Hara Hall. Students in the Biology and Chemistry programs spend time in Loyola Hall of Science using state-of-the-art equipment, valued at over three million dollars.
