As the second speaker in the Philosophy Paper Series, Dr. Julie Kuhlken (Misericorida University) give her talk on, "The Nation-State and the Potential for Earthly Dwelling."  A response to her paper will be given by Dr. William Rowe (University of Scratnon).  The event will take place at 4:30pm on Friday, December 2 in the Heritage Room (5th Floor) of the Weinberg Memorial Library.  Light refreshments will be served.
