University Services
- Library Privileges
- Alumni have lifelong and borrowing privileges from the University's Weinberg Memorial Library to include Ask-a-Librarian, electronic reference and inhouse use of reference services and databases.
- Concerts and Lectures
- The Alumni Society keeps its members informed about University-sponsored concerts and lectures held on campus. Click here to see the University's Calendar of Events.
- Continuing Education Programs
- The Alumni Society provides information on continuing education programs available to alumni.
- Bookstore
- In cooperation with the University Bookstore the Alumni Society has secured purchase discounts for alumni for both on-campus special events and regional alumni gatherings. Discounts are also applicable to Society-sponsored merchandising programs.
- 1888 Club
- Membership in the campus club is open to all graduates of the University. Outstanding events at reasonable prices. Participation in a discounted weekday ARA buffet luncheon for every four (4) luncheons purchased. Outstanding events at reasonable prices. Sunday Champagne Brunches and Special Events. Club facilites available to members for meetings and private parties.(Scheduling bound by present University of Scranton guidelines and established procedures.) - Recreation Services
- Through a special arrangement with the Athletic Office, alumni membership rates are available for use of University recreational facilities.
- The Scranton Journal
- The official magazine of the University of Scranton, published quarterly, is distributed, free of charge, to all alumni.
