Registration and Hospitality Center 

When you arrive on campus, make The DeNaples Center your first stop. A warm welcome awaits you at our Hospitality Center, where you’ll receive your name tag, event tickets and other information.

Frank O'Hara Awards Ceremony

Frank O’Hara Awards are presented annually to alumni who have exhibited sustained achievement in a particular field or endeavor.  These are the highest awards bestowed jointly by the University and the Alumni Society.  For a list of this year’s award recipients as well as a list of past recipients, visit  www.scranton.edu/oharaawards.

Royal Game Night

Gather your friends and head to Royal Game Night for plenty of fun, laughs and refreshments!

Open Swim & Open Gym**  

Alumni, friends and children accompanied by an adult are welcome to take a swim in the pool or head to the Long Center and shoot some hoops or get a game of volleyball started.

Science is Fun With Dr. MC², Dr. Michael C. Cann, Chemistry Department: Come join the fun with science. You will see, hear, feel, and perhaps even taste some fascinating science demonstrations. From bubbles to entropy, density to solar energy, green chemistry to slime, and even a diving catsup packet will captivate you. Many of these demonstrations you can do at home, mesmerizing your friends and family, and becoming your own Dr. Squared!

Affinity Group Reunions **

Informal receptions that give you an opportunity to reconnect with faculty, staff and fellow alumni who share your affinity.

• Bands and Singers
  Hang out in Houlihan with Cheryl Boga and reminisce with fellow alumni .
• SJLA
  Come together with fellow SJLA alumni and hear what’s new with the SJLA program.
• Campus Ministry
  Alumni who were active in Music Ministry, retreats or other Campus Ministry programs will gather to reconnect with their friends and Campus Ministry staff.
• Athletics
  Reconnect with your teammates and hear about how the athletics program has changed.

A favorite at every Reunion, the picnic offers an afternoon of traditional picnic fare; beer, wine and soda bar; entertainment; and plenty of activities for children. Show your Scranton pride by wearing your favorite University of Scranton T-shirt.

Saturday night is the highlight of Reunion weekend. Join alumni from all classes for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on the DeNaples patio. Mingle with your classmates and enjoy how time and treasure have transformed campus. At the conclusion of cocktails you and your classmates will head to your Class Dinner. Buffet-style dinner, open bar and dessert are included.

Then, continue the celebration at a late-night, after party with your classmates. Dance to your favorites and enjoy snacks and beverages. Tickets required; fee covers all three events.

Join us for Sunday morning Mass as we celebrate the Eucharist and remember deceased classmates.

On-campus dining certainly isn’t what it used to be! Reconnect with your classmates one last time at this full-scale brunch in the University’s Fresh Food Company. Come and go at times that are convenient for you.

These tours, led by a current student, will give you and your friends a chance to revisit familiar sites on campus and to see how Scranton has changed.

Admissions staff will be available to answer questions for college-bound students, their parents and grandparents.
