Aerobics Classes
Aerobics Classes, held in the areobics room, first floor Byron, are available on a drop in basis, during the fall and spring semesters. Classes are free and open to students, staff and faculty. Schedules are posted the 2nd week of each semester. Classes vary from traditional aerobics to kickboxing, pilates, step, ball, and arms, abs, & legs. Students teach these classes so the number and types of classes offered during any given semester, are dependant upon who is teaching.
