Jack Hambrose- Student Philanthropy Officer
My name is Jack Hambrose, a senior Marketing major and Coaching minor here at “Da U.” The reason I got involved in Student Philanthropy is because I like to help people. I’m excited about this because never before have we had such a great opportunity to help as many of our fellow students as we do today through Student Philanthropy. I also believe that anything worthwhile can be accomplished while having fun, so we’ve done just that- planned events where you can both help and enjoy your time with your friends for the greater good of the student body.
Samantha Lia- Student Philanthropy Officer
Hello! I’m Samantha Lia, a Junior Counseling and Human Services major here at the University of Scranton! I felt it was important to get involved with Student Philanthropy because of the impact it makes on our Scranton community. It is so important to help our peers and have fun while doing it! Student Philanthropy hosts a number of fun and beneficial events around campus so join in and help us make a difference!
Melissa Przewlocki- Student Philanthropy Officer
Hi! My name is Melissa Przewlocki and I’m a sophomore Community Health Education major with a concentration in Nutrition. I’m involved with Student Philanthropy because I feel it is important to give back to something or someone that has given so much to you to better your future. Giving back is important at The University of Scranton and the Student Philanthropy officers, like me, are here to make giving back fun with special events that help students on campus understand why it’s important!
