The purpose of the Information Resources Technology Support Center is to
facilitate the use of the University of Scranton's computing systems, software,
networks, and facilities through timely, accurate, courteous response to
customer support requests.

Maintain supplies in various computing labs (paper,

Staff and monitor the AMH and SOM computing labs to
provide security for the equipment/lab furnishings and assistance to the users
