Reading by Poet Ada Limon Planned at The University of Scranton

Award-winning poet Ada Limon will read a selection of her work at The University of Scranton Reading Series Wednesday, April 29, at 8 p.m., the fourth floor McDonnell Room of the DeNaples Center.

Limon is the author of four books of poetry, “Lucky Wreck,” “This Big Fake World,” “Sharks in the Rivers,” and the soon-to-be-published “Bright Dead Things.”

“Lucky Wreck” received the 2005 Autumn House Poetry Prize and “This Big Fake World received the 2005 Pearl Editions Poetry Prize.

Limon received her Master of Fine Arts from New York University and was one of the judges for the 2013 National Book Award in Poetry.

The reading is free and open to the public.
