Wednesday, Oct. 10, has been designated as CyberSecurity Day, a part of IT Services CyberSecurity Month activities. We will have an information table set up in the DeNaples Center, first floor, between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Information on computer security, tips on how to protect your data and identities, especially when you're online, will be offered. Free prizes, T-shirts, handouts and more will be given to all students who visit the CyberSecurity Day information table.
CyberSecurity Day is only one segment of IT Services October CyberSecurity Month promotion. All month there will be information available to all members of the University community regarding this important subject. Identity theft, viruses and other computer-related malicious activity is prevalent. Learn how to combat this threat and secure your information and University data.
