Call for Sursum Corda Award Nominations

It is time for nominations for the Sursum Corda (Lift up your hearts) Award. This award recognizes those members of the University’s staff who have made outstanding contributions to the life and mission of the University. This award is presented each year to three staff members: one from the professional/paraprofessional staff, one from the clerical/technical staff, and one from physical plant/public safety. The Staff Senate invites you to nominate University personnel for this award.

Please make sure that the nomination form is filled out in its entirety. The more information about your nominee the better.

If you know of any staff member who may be deserving of this award, please take the time to complete the form and return it to Lisa Bealla at Lisa.Bealla@scranton.edu in the Center for Student Engagement, or drop it off in the DeNaples Center by Monday, Dec. 17. Please make a nomination for any or all three staff categories. Encourage your coworkers to nominate someone as well. Members of the Staff Recognition & Excellence Awards Committee are available to answer any questions. Please do not hesitate to contact one of them.
