Remember that being a good neighbor and responsible citizen reflects on you and the University. Did you know that providing the location for underage use or possession of alcohol – even if you don’t provide the alcohol – is a serious violation of the Student Code of Conduct and may result in legal liability? Did you know that you may be held legally liable for the actions of underage individuals who consume alcohol on your property?
