Applications Being Accepted for Student Commencement Speaker

Any member of the undergraduate class of 2013 eligible to walk in the commencement ceremony – with good academic and social standing – may apply for consideration to be selected as the student commencement speaker.

Interested students must fill out an application and submit it to the Office of Student Affairs (201 DeNaples) no later than Friday, April 5, by 4:30 p.m. Applications are available in the Office of Student Affairs.

Students who meet the qualifications will be placed on a ballot that will be administered to the class on April 15 and 16, the dates of Grad Finale. Members of the class of 2013 will then be able to vote on one of the candidates as their recommendation for the class of 2013 commencement speaker.
