Students Invited to 'Their Trash, Our Treasure' Live Auction

Last year's "Their Trash, Our Treasure" live student auction raised more than han $2,500 for the “Students Helping Students: Textbook Scholarships.”

Going once. Going twice. Sold! Be there to claim rare pieces of Scranton history before they’re gone! Student Government and The Royal Fund Office are sponsoring the second annual "Their Trash, Our Treasure" live student auction of all things Scranton. This year's event is slated for Friday, March 15, at 7 p.m. in the Moskovitz Theater in the DeNaples Center. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for a preview. This event is for students only!

Auctioned items will include Z-bricks, banners from the Commons, building remains, authentic athletic gear, and much more!

Last year more than 100 students bid on a wide range of awesome Scranton memorabilia to decorate their dorms, apartments and houses. All told, the auction raised more than $2,500 for the “Students Helping Students: Textbook Scholarships.”

Food will be served and all proceeds will again benefit the “Students Helping Students: Textbook Scholarships,” which directly assist Scranton students in financial need.
