2.    Remove all trash & food
3.    Defrost refrigerator
4.    Unplug all electrical items
5.    Close and lock all windows
6.    Pull down and close blinds

Students may seek permission to stay during the break if they have extenuating circumstances (international student, student teaching, etc.) by submitting an online break request form on UIS by Wednesday, March 20. Employment or transportation issues are not considered extenuating circumstances. Access to all residential areas during the break will be denied to any student who did not receive official written approval from the Director of Residence Life prior to March 20.

On Saturday, March 23, on-campus dining options include the first-floor food court in the DeNaples Center from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. On Monday, April 1, meal plans begin with dinner (4 p.m. on the first floor of DeNaples and 5 p.m. for the third floor).

Please note that on campus housing reopens on Monday, April 1, at noon due to the Easter holiday. Residents must plan their return to campus for Monday because early arrivals will not be considered and the Residence Life office will be closed that day.  Students with questions should email or call Residence Life (570) 941-6226 or res-life@scranton.edu) during office hours (M-F, 830 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
