DeNaples Center McIllhenny Ballroom
Caps and gowns, graduation announcements, and more will be available at this one-stop-shop for graduating seniors. Seniors can also purchase Senior Week tickets, learn about their Alumni Society and contribute to the Class of 2012 gift.

Academic Attire can be found on the University’s Commencement website.
Senior Week is a series of events designed by the USPB Senior Programmers to bring the class together one last time in the few days before graduation. Senior Week begins on Sunday, May 21st with registration.
Please note: Students will need placement cards to line up
for Commencement. Placement cards will be distributed during senior week at
registration.
Finances
In order for students to receive their diploma at Commencement all debts must be satisfied by noon on Friday, May 25, 2012.
Students who borrowed under the Federal Stafford Loan programs are required by federal regulation to complete Student Loan Exit Counseling. You can meet this obligation and obtain essential repayment information online using satisfy my exit counseling requirement.
Whether your student intends to attend graduate school, is searching for a job or has already been offered a position the staff in Career Services has resources to help them make their transition.

Commencement Weekend Schedule of Events
Helpful information for events during Commencement Weekend:
Bookstore Hours
Saturday 8am-4 pm
Sunday- hours coincide with Commencement and representatives will be available at the Mohegan Sun arena
Baccalaureate Mass
Saturday, May 26 at 4 p.m.
This event is held in the Byron. A capacity crowd is expected. Doors of the Byron open at 3 p.m. and overflow seating will be available in the Long Center lobby where the Mass will be broadcast on television. Doors to the Byron will close at 4 p.m. or once seating is full. Graduating students should line up at 3:15 p.m. in the area between St. Thomas Hall and The Long Center to process into the Byron Center for Mass. Please note: at the conclusion of Mass students will process out of the Byron to the DeNaples Center where they will meet their families.
The President's Reception for Undergraduate Students
Saturday, May 26 at 8:30 p.m.
The Byron Recreation Center
Tickets required. Students can obtain tickets through the Student Affairs Office.

Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza (seating plan)
Please visit the University’s Commencement website for more information on parking at the arena, entering the arena, seating and requests for special assistance.
Commencement Note: Doors to the arena will open at 10:45 a.m. Graduates should report no later than 11 a.m.Traffic may be heavy and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the arena from Scranton, so allow time. The procession will begin at noon and the entire ceremony will last about 3 hours.

Visit the University's Community Relations website for local restaurants where you dine during Commencement Weekend. Please note: some restaurants have adjusted their hours to accommodate graduates and their families.

Photographs
A photographer from GradImages™ will be at your ceremony to take a candid photograph of you at your special moment of recognition. You will receive a free passport-sized digital proof of this photo on an order card within 5-7 days following the ceremony. You may add contact information for up to 6 additional relatives and/or friends.
Yearbook
Yearbooks will automatically be mailed to home address seniors have on file with the University. Parents wishing to place an ad in the yearbook congratulating their student should email the yearbook office. Additional yearbooks are available for $60 each.
