Refund Information

Following the Add/Drop period of each semester, those students who have overpaid the balance of tuition are eligible to receive a refund of the overpaid amount. In order to receive this refund, you must complete the Request for Reimbursement Form and forward it to the Bursar's Office. Refunds are processed twice weekly, and are available for pick up Wednesdays and Fridays after 2:00 PM in the Bursar's Office. At the option of the student, the refund can also be mailed to the home address.

Prior to the term start date, excess pending financial aid can be transferred to the Royal Card for exclusive use in the bookstore. Contact the Bursar's Office for more information or to transfer these funds.
