General Information

The Bursar's Office is the central billing and collection point for the University of Scranton. We process all tuition and telephone payments, as well as Royal Card and University organization deposits. In addition to processing payments and deposits, work study checks are disbursed from our office on a biweekly basis.

Student tuition bills are calculated based on information provided to our office from the Dean's Offices, Residence Life and other University departments. Any discrepancies in amounts or charges should be directed to the department originating the charge. For example, an incorrect room charge should be directed to Residence Life.

Each term is billed separately which means the tuition invoices mailed in July cover only the Fall tuition plus any balances outstanding from prior terms, and Intersession, Spring and Summer bills are mailed at later dates, following that term's registration.
