FREE USE OF FACILITIES BY EMPLOYEES

University employees are eligible to use Jefferson Auditorium (Leahy Hall) free of charge for social events that are for employees and/or their immediate families (spouses, children and parents). Although room rental fee is waived, employees are responsible for any direct expenses incurred by the University for an event (overtime and/or catering).

DISCOUNTED USE OF FACILITIES BY EMPLOYEES

University employees can reserve other facilities (excluding Brennan Hall) for social events that are for employees and/or their immediate families (spouses, children and parents) on a space available basis at 50% off established rates.

OTHER USE OF FACILITIES BY EMPLOYEES

Employees can use University facilities (excluding Brennan Hall) for private socials or other functions outside their immediate family at the established rate without discount.

USE OF THE GROUNDS FOR WEDDING PHOTOS

There is no charge for photos taken outdoors on the University grounds; we only ask that Public Safety be contacted prior to the date for informational purposes only. A reservation is not required.
