The mission of Women's Crew is to provide a friendly but competitive atmosphere to row.  Being a part of the team requires hard work and discipline, but also a healthy sense of fun.  Although not that large of a club we have a presence here at the University and do what we can to introduce women to a sport they may have never tried, or allow them to continue their rowing career.
