Talk to your health coach at least twice and earn more cash.
Your Health Coach will call you to discuss your health risks, preventive screenings and how to maintain your good health. You can also call the Blue Health Solutions Health Coach at 866-262-4764, M-F from 8am - 8pm.
Once you complete the health assessment, print out the confirmation page, make sure your name is on it and send to Employee Wellness, 104 MBI to receive your financial incentive.
