U.S. News & World Report ranked several of The University of Scranton’s programs among “America’s Best Graduate Schools” in its 2015 guidebook.
Area residents are among the 31 University of Scranton education majors who will serve as student teachers during the spring semester at 24 schools in 13 school districts, which are Old Forge, Pittston Area, Abington Heights, Diocese of Scranton, Valley View, Mid Valley, Riverside, Scranton, Forest City, Dunmore, Wayne Highlands, North Pocono and Lakeland.
The University of Scranton’s men’s and women’s basketball teams celebrated important victories on Saturday, Mar. 1, at the Long Center, winning their respective Landmark Conference championships.
