Center for Service and Social Justice

Congratulations to our Seniors, Francesca Arvonio & Lauren DelleDonne!
The Center for Service and Social Justice is committed to advancing the Jesuit tradition of forming men and women for others. The programs sponsored by this office include food and clothing drives, domestic break trips, on campus activities and local community service. Each element enables the students to express their faith in reflective service while responding to local and national needs.
The vision of The Center for Service and Social Justice will be boldly driven by a shared commitment to excellence. We will provide a superior, transformational learning experience, preparing students who, in the words of Jesuit founder St. Ignatius Loyola, will "set the world on fire."
We are located on the 2nd floor of The DeNaples Student Center, room 205B.
Are you a Non-Profit agency in the Scranton area in need of college age volunteers? Fill out our Request for Volunteers form at least 2 weeks prior to your event. While we cannot promise volunteers, we will make every attempt to advertise your activity/event to our study body with proper notice.
