Dr. Vincent Carilli

Vincent Carilli, Ph.D., has served the University since 2001 as the Vice President for Student Affairs.  In this role, Dr. Carilli is responsible for the overall management of the Division of Student Affairs, which includes: Career Services, Counseling Center, Center for Health Education and Wellness, Center for Student Engagement, Dean of Students, Multicultural Affairs, Off Campus and Commuter Student Affairs, Recreational Sports, Residence Life, Student Conduct and Assessment, Student Government, Student Health Services, Public Safety and the Women's Center.   In his work as the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Carilli is responsible for the management of all budgets, personnel, tactical planning, and assessment within the division.

Dr. Carilli also serves as the chairperson of the University's Incident Management Team, and holds memberships on the President's Cabinet, Financial Management Committee, Admissions, Residence Life & Financial Aid Committee, Campus Development Council, Campus Facilities Committee, and Business Continuity Task Force.  He also serves as the chief liaison to the Board of Trustees Campus Community Committee. 

Dr. Carilli earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Higher Education Administration from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, his Master of Education degree in Student Affairs Administration from Kutztown University, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education-Biology from East Stroudsburg University.

Dr. Anitra Yusinski-McShea

Anitra McShea serves as the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students. In this role, Dean McShea is responsible for assisting the Vice President for Student Affairs in the overall daily management of the division.  In addition, she supervises several departmental directors and program leaders in the areas of Residence Life, the Center for Health Education and Wellness, Multicultural Affairs, Recreational Sports, the Jane Kopas Women's Center, Office of Student Engagement, and Off Campus and Commuter Student Affairs. Dean McShea also acts as the moderator of Student Government and has primary responsibility for being a student advocate.

Dean McShea earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree at Marywood University in the Human Development program with a concentration in Higher Education Administration. She earned her Master of Arts degree in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology-Anthropology from Elizabethtown College.

Ms. Lauren Rivera
Director of Student Conduct & Assessment - email

Lauren S. Rivera serves as the Director of Student Conduct & Assessment. Ms. Rivera oversees the University's discipline process, a process that is focused on educating students regarding their behavioral responsibilities as members of the University community. In addition, Ms. Rivera assists her colleagues in the Division of Student Affairs with their assessment efforts to ensure a consistent focus on student learning and development.

Ms. Rivera completed her Juris Doctor degree and Master of Education degree in College Student Affairs at The Pennsylvania State University. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Religion from Bucknell University.

Ms. Sharon Olechna                                                                            Assistant to the Director of Student Conduct & Assessment - email
Sharon Olechna serves as the office assistant to the Director of Student Conduct & Assessment.  She is responsible for assisting with the process used to adjudicate matters of student misconduct.  In addition, Sharon is responsible for managing the calendar of the Director of Student Conduct & Assessment.  Sharon has been a University employee for 10 years, serving in the Office of Student Conduct since 2004.

Amy Driscoll McNulty

Amy Driscoll McNulty serves as the office manager for the Office of Student Affairs, overseeing operations and maintenance of the office.  She supports the workload of the Vice President for Student Affairs and manages his calendar.  In addition, Amy trains and supervises the office's work study students. 

Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.

Amy Black

Ms. Amy Black                                                                                         Receptionist - email
 Amy Black serves as the receptionist to all visitors.  She provides general campus and specific Student Affairs information and direction to students, parents, staff, and faculty.  She receives, handles, or channels all incoming calls for the Office of Student Affairs.  In addition, Amy provides secretarial support for the Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Ms. Pauline Palko - email                                                                           Office Assistant to the Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students
Pauline Palko serves as the office assistant to the Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students.  Her duties include supporting the AVP/Dean of Students. She is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the workload for the Dean of Students. In addition, Pauline is responsible for managing the calendar of the Dean of Students.

Pauline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Scranton.
