Sports Physical Therapist

True Sports Physical Therapy in Baltimore, Maryland

During my time as an undergraduate student in 2019, I completed an internship with Athletic Republic, a franchise which provides sports performance training for competitive athletes. I continued to work as a part-time sports performance coach at Athletic Republic while I continued my education in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Scranton, after earning my bachelor's degree in exercise science (the program is now called kinesiology) in 2019.

In 2020, I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and was the assistant Strength Coach for NCAA Division III teams at the University, including the Field Hockey, Tennis, and Basketball teams.

I am extremely passionate about incorporating exercise science, fitness, and mindset into my physical therapy practice, and is the host of the Health & Fitness Podcast titled "The Goalset Mindset Podcast"

I obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Scranton in June 2022. Currently, I work as a sports physical therapist at True Sports Physical Therapy in Baltimore, Maryland.
