— 8 week sessions held on campus. $80 prepaid at first week of class. Wellness participants can also attend Weight Watchers community meetings or weight watchers online.
Healthy Cooking Demonstrations
— One hour demonstrations and tastings at lunchtime. Two convenient sessions at noon and repeated at 1pm. Learn healthy cooking techniques using fresh whole foods. Topics include cooking with seafood, lean meats, whole grains and vegetables.
Online Wellness Classes
— Blue Cross of NEPA participants can access 5 week classes through the blue cross website such as weight management, nutrition and activity. (Learn more)
