Liturgy and Music

A great way to serve God and the Church as well as build community on campus is by volunteering to be a liturgical minister or a musician during Mass. Campus Ministry offers many opportunities to help lead the assembly during Mass. No experience is necessary, and trainings are scheduled at the beginning of each semester. For more information about ways to get involved, contact Michael O’Malley, Director of Liturgy & Music: michael.omalley3@scranton.edu.

Volunteering is a great way to make new friends you may never meet in your academic college. Check out the opportunities available within the Liturgy and Music Ministries.  No experience, no problem:

“We must be willing to get rid of the life we’ve planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us. The old skin has to be shed before the new one can come.”
